Keno is an ancient Chinese lottery-type game. Keno is played in much the same fashion as most national and state lotteries around the world. Twenty balls are drawn at random. Lotteries are unique in that, unlike many forms of gambling, they are not only state-sanctioned but they are often state-sponsored. The payoff depends on the number of spots marked and the number which were drawn. The object is to have as many matches as possible between the numbers you selected and the numbers that were randomly selected by the Keno machine.
